ConAm Group Sheds Avery on the Green

The ConAm Group recently disposed of Avery on the Green, a 324-unit class-A apartment community in Chandler. The price was undisclosed.

The multifamily property is located at 125 S. Alma School Rd. adjacent to the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort. The property was 98 percent leased at the time of sale.

Jim Crews and Jeems Lochridge of Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily advisory group in Phoenix represented the seller in the transaction.

“The infill Chandler location with golf course frontage, combined with unique high-end architectural attributes, make this property an excellent long-term investment,” said Crews. “The Southeast Valley of metro Phoenix, specifically Chandler, is expected to outpace many submarkets with above-average rent growth and continued single-family home price increases.”

Built in 2000, Avery On the Green is a 29-building community on 19 acres and features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units in a townhome environment. The location is less than one mile from downtown Chandler with access to Loop 101 (Price Freeway), I-10 and Loop 202 (San Tan Freeway).
