Comtel Inks Lease at Pleasanton Business Park

CBRE arranged a 16,466-square-foot lease at 7133 Koll Center Pkwy. in Pleasanton on behalf of Comtel Systems Technology, a Beacon-owned company that provides technology solutions for a wide range of industries and purposes. CBRE’s Adam Ebner and Drew Thomas represented the tenant.

“Pleasanton attracts innovative companies looking for a strategic location that offers both convenience and value,” said Ebner. “This move positions Comtel Systems Technology for strategic growth in the Bay Area, while providing modern space in a well-connected business park. The lease also reflects the growing momentum we’re seeing across the I-680 Corridor, especially as more tenants expand their footprint in the market.”

The property is located within Bernal Corporate Park and has ample parking. It is adjacent to Interstate 680, walking distance to restaurants and retail, and a five-minute drive to downtown Pleasanton. According to CBRE research, leasing activity in the I-680 Corridor increased significantly in the second quarter of 2025.
