Computer Reseller Planning New HQ

Local computer reseller Intech Southwest Services LLC is upping its operations and moving west. The company acquired 7 acres on Loop 1604 near Braun Road in San Antonio’s far northwest corridor, from Mission City Center LLC. Intech Southwest is planning a $4 million, 30,000-square-foot headquarters, on which construction is expected to begin in August 2017. Completion is scheduled for February 2018.

The company, which currently operates at 4778 Research Dr., near Interstate 10, will end up with new office and warehouse space on the 10000 block of Leslie Road. Garrison Namvar Construction LLC is the general contractor for the project. Open Studio is the architect.

Intech Southwest opened its doors in 2002. The company is a reseller of brands including Hewlett Packard, Lenovo and Dell EMC.
