CompStak Enters Partnership with AIR CRE

CompStak has signed a partnership with AIR CRE, a member-owned real estate network in Southern California. The partnership provides AIR CRE members with benefits and discounts across CompStak’s proprietary data platforms.

“We’re thrilled to kick off this partnership with AIR CRE to broaden CompStak’s reach across the network’s 1,600-plus commercial real estate professionals. AIR CRE has built an enviable platform to support the commercial real estate community in Southern California, and we’re honored to have the opportunity to support the AIR CRE mission,” said Michael Mandel, CompStak’s co-founder and CEO.

AIR CRE members, who rely on commercial real estate comparables, can now utilize CompStak for lease and sales comps, property data and analytics. With CompStak data, AIR CRE members will be able to make more informed decisions with access to granular transaction details, understand asset market values with detailed tenant data and gain real-time market intelligence across any group of leases, properties or locations for critical leasing metrics.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
