Compass Team Markets Bleecker St. Site with Approved Plans

Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli and Terrence Harding have been hired to market a prime development opportunity at 25 Bleecker St. in Noho. The building is located between Lafayette Street and the Bowery in the Noho Historic District.

An asking price wasn’t disclosed. 25 Bleecker is a four-story loft building with approved plans to build a seven-story mixed use building with retail on the ground floor and residential above.

“25 Bleecker Street is an iconic location with tremendous possibilities,” said Polsinelli. “It is flanked by some of the most forward thinking new development projects, such as 40 Bleecker, 41 Bond, and 36 Bleecker, where sales have exceeded $3,000 per square foot.”

Added Harding, who began his career selling luxury residential condominiums in the area, “This property is steps away from the subway entrance to the 6, B, D, F and M trains, minutes from Midtown and all forms of transportation.”
