Compass’ Polsinellis Market Ridgewood Development Site

Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli and Trystan Polsinelli have been hired to market 63-49 & 63-53 60th Pl. in Ridgewood, Queens.

The property offers a total of approximately 21,000 of buildable square feet, and a combined frontage of 94 feet on 60th Place. Currently, it contains a three-story industrial building with parking and a two-story home next door. Both properties will be delivered vacant.

The purchaser of 63-49 & 63-53 60th Pl. will have an opportunity to own this residential development site in one of New York City’s fastest growing neighborhoods. “Hip bars, coffee shops and art galleries popping up throughout Ridgewood, making it the perfect Queens neighborhood for those looking for a trendy Brooklyn-style vibe,” said Adelaide Polsinelli.

“This offering is in a neighborhood driven by a noticeable demographic shift and plenty of buzz,” said Trystan Polsinelli. “Ridgewood appeals to millennials and a creative community priced out of Williamsburg.”
