Compass Expands Platform into CRE Sales

Residential tech firm Compass has expanded into commercial investment sales, hiring veteran brokers Adelaide Polsinelli (pictured) and Ronda Rogovin as principals. The new Compass Commercial platform will provide technology, marketing, support and community to help agents grow their business in the commercial real estate arena.

The launch comes on the heels of Compass’ merger with San Francisco-based Paragon Real Estate Group, which will bring its CRE-oriented domain expertise to Compass Commercial. “Part of our decision to merge with Compass was the resources they offered, and we are excited that those resources will extend across residential and commercial,” said Paragon founder Bob Dadurka.“We are delighted to be a part of that success.”

Polsinelli and Rogovin both come to Compass from Eastern Consolidated, which closed its doors last month. “We are thrilled to be able to provide our clients with the tools and services built for modern real estate transactions,” said Polsinelli.
