Compass Duo Markets Development Site in Northshore-Stapleton
Compass’ Adeliade Polsinelli and Jake Rosen have been hired to market a development site at 33 Water St. within the densely populated Northshore neighborhood of Stapleton on Staten Island. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.
The land is centrally located to the Stapleton SIR train station and Bay Street, a popular retail corridor in the area. 33 Water Street is a block away from the Canal Street Waterfront and Observation Deck.
“This Northshore-Stapleton area is home to one of Staten Island’s most expensive residential development sites, the Urby Residential Complex,” said Rosen. “This is a mixed-use life-style community with 570 units with high-end restaurants and retailers.”
He added, “The property can be developed into mixed-use retail or residential property. The fact that this is one block from the water and one block from the train station is very attractive to new and existing Staten Island residents.”
