Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli Lists Park Slope Apartments

Vice chairman Adelaide Polsinelli of Compass has been hired to market for sale a 14-unit residential building at 353 12th St. in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood. The property is located near Prospect Park and local transportation.

“353 12th St. is a perfect, easy to manage, investment for a new or seasoned purchaser seeking to gain a foothold in one of New York City’s most attractive and in demand neighborhoods,” noted Adelaide Polsinelli.

She added, “The property has attractive assumable financing in place, offering a purchaser the ability to avoid the uncertainty of the current interest rate environment,

The building underwent complete renovation in 1994 and since then, some of the units have been upgraded. The building offers the ability to add value through the addition of amenities and improvements. The apartments are currently renting at well below the market for a typical apartment in Park Slope.
