Companies Renew 10K-SF in Leases at Tower 45
Companies renewed leases for a total about 10,000 square feet at Tower 45, an office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
“These renewals align with the building improvements underway,” said Steven Levy, managing principal of Kamber Management Company, which bought the tower at 120 W. 45th St. in September 2015, and began a multimillion-dollar capital improvements program including a new atrium and lobby.
– Sentinel Critical Operations, a data facility solutions firm, renewed for 4,901 square feet.
– Horton Point, a platform for hosting boutique hedge fund managers, renewed for 4,360 square feet.
Availabilities include customized pre-built suites from 1,500 to 6,500 square feet in size, and full floors from 10,000 to 12,000 square feet.
