Bull Realty has completed the $8.3-million sale of a fully occupied, three-property multifamily portfolio located in Cordele, GA.

Joe Mitchell and Steve Self at Bull Realty (a commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta) handled the marketing and the transaction, which saw the 120-unit portfolio trade to a family office.

“Despite the timing of hitting the market beginning of Q4 2022, we had 14 confidentiality agreements signed and received eight letters of intent illustrating that buyers and lenders are still very interested in the multifamily sector,” said Mitchell.

The portfolio is situated on a total of approximately 10 acres in Cordele, which sits about 2.5 hours south of Atlanta at the nexus I‐75 and four major rail lines with a direct connection to Savannah’s seaport.

“This transaction was mutually beneficial for both parties as the seller is retiring and the buyer has had their eyes on the southern Georgia market,” added Self.
