CommonGrounds Workplace Opens Two New Locations in D.C.

Workplace platform CommonGrounds has opened two new coworking spaces in Washington D.C. The two locations total 73,692 square feet.

The first location is located at 1500 K St. NW and totals 29,509 square feet. The location occupies the entire second floor of the office building, which is located one block north of The White House and nearby McPherson Station. The second location is located within a newly-built 11-story office building at 99 M St. E and spans 44,183 square feet. The coworking provider occupies the entirety of the eighth and ninth floors of the property, which is located in D.C.’s Navy Yards district. The building is nearby Natonals Park, which is home to Major League Baseball’s Washington Nationals.

Washington D.C. is a powerhouse corporate destination,” said Jacob Bates, CEO at CommonGrounds. “Companies are solving workforce demands for flexibility and mobility with coworking and shared workplaces. Our enterprise-grade hackable architecture allows us to design and build out spaces nearly on-demand. This enables companies to respond to their business dynamics, customers, and team’s growth needs in real-time, setting us apart from alternative space solutions.”
