Common Tapped to Manage Former WeLive Crystal City
Residential management brand Common has been tapped by JBG SMITH to manage the coliving apartments at 2221 S. Clark St. in National Landing. The property was formerly known as WeLive Crystal City.
Coliving rents at Common at National Landing will start at just below $1,000 per month for fully furnished apartments. Common has over 26,000 signed units under development in 22 cities across the globe. Common at National Landing is a 216-unit flagship building featuring coliving apartments and studios available at attainable prices for local renters. JBG SMITH is the owner and developer of National Landing.
