Common Desk Opens Spring City Place Locale
Since the COVID pandemic, live-work-play locations have grown dramatically. Expansion from this sector claimed more than a quarter (29.4 percent) of the total U.S. office absorption over the past 24 months . No segment of the market has demonstrated more overall growth than the coworking industry. (JLL)
