Common Desk, a Dallas-based shared-office company, leased 27,532 square feet in Granite Properties’ Granite Park development in Plano, TX during January 2017. Less than a year later, the company is taking down an additional 1,500 square feet in the Granite Park V tower at SH 121 and the Dallas North Tollway.

The five-year-old firm said it leased up all its co-working space. Additionally, it’s rolling out new business suites, while offering more amenities to its Plano clients. Common Desk has other area locations in Deep Ellum, Oak Cliff and Fort Worth.

It is also the second co-working company to recently announce an expansion in Plano. WeWork, headquartered in New York, indicated recently it would almost double the size of its new shared office center in the Legacy West Development.
