Common Desk Expands with Westchase Location

Patrinely Group said Common Desk, a Texas-based company offering coworking memberships to businesses and professionals, signed a 24,140-square-foot lease at 2500 CityWest in Houston’s Westchase District.

Common Desk will occupy part of the first and second floors of the 25-story, 578-284-square-foot Class A office tower. This is the company’s third Houston-area location.

“In a time where many companies are closing or laboring as a result of the pandemic, it’s encouraging to see a young, innovative company successfully expand its platform,” said Dennis Tarro, executive managing director of Patrinely.

Win Haggard Jr. and Vince Strake of Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Colvill Office Properties), led by Patrinely’s Dennis Tarro, represented the property ownership.

Patrinely purchased 2500 CityWest in a joint venture with USAA Real Estate. Since 2011, Patrinely and USAA have completed numerous capital projects and physical enhancements to the building.
