Common Desk Expanding to Dallas’ CBD

Coworking company Common Desk is broadening its Dallas-area footprint by taking down 52,000 square feet at Trammell Crow Center in downtown Dallas. The location will be Common Desk’s fifth, and is scheduled to open in Q1 2019.

The deal delivers flexible workspace to the 1.2-million-square-foot Trammell Crow Center at 2001 Ross Ave. This will allow the building owner, Crescent Ross Avenue Investors LLC, to attract companies requiring flexibility as part of their workplace strategy. Common Desk will work with Stream Realty Partners, which handles leasing for Trammell Crow Center, to offer companies the flexible workspace.

Common Desk’s new space will comprise two floors that will include enterprise suites for companies with 15-75 employees. Also on tap will be a private whiskey lounge and club available to Common desk members and Trammell Crow Center tenants.
