Committed Industrial to Develop 181K-SF Industrial Facility in Bedford

Developer Committed Industrial has announced plans to develop a 181,250-square-foot industrial facility in Bedford, TX.

The 15-acre development site was assembled from two separate sellers and entitled for light industrial development. The site is located at 3737 Airport Freeway in Bedford.

Bill Bledsoe of the Land and Investments Dvision at Henry S. Miller Brokerage arranged the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed sellers.

“Bill Bledsoe was instrumental in bringing together the sellers in this transaction and navigating the complex entitlement process,” said Rocco Curci, managing partner at Committed Industrial. “We are grateful for Bill’s expertise and excited to deliver this industrial building to the city of Bedford in the near term.”
