Commercial Bank Commits to 3 Floors at 1400 Broadway
Signature Bank has signed up for three floors at Empire State Realty Trust’s 1400 Broadway. The commercial bank is taking a total of 91,181 square feet on the property’s sixth, seventh and 27th floors.
“Signature Bank joins a growing roster of exciting tenants at 1400 Broadway that includes Uber and Fragomen,” said EVP Thomas P. Durels with ESRT. “With four full floors that we are currently marketing, 1400 is one of our most active buildings.”
Uber joined the tenant roster at 1400 Broadway with a full-floor lease this past February, while law firm Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy took 108,000 square feet there in September 2017.
Andrew Roos, Michael Cohen and Howard Kaplowitz of Colliers International represented Signature Bank in the lease negotiations. Landlord representation was provided by Keith Cody and Leslie Nadel of ESRT, along with NKF’s Scott Klau, Erik Harris, and Neil Rubin.
