Coming to Pinnacle Park: A 100-Acre Development

Hillwood Properties recently acquired 100 acres in Dallas’ Pinnacle Park area, just west of downtown. The developer is planning to use the land to build a new industrial park, which will offer multiple warehouse and distribution buildings.

Hillwood acquired the land on Chalk Hill Road near Interstate 30 from a unit of Martin Marietta. Construction permits, valued at more than $110 million, have been filed with the city detailing more than 2.3 million square feet of industrial property along Chalk Hill Road and West Davis Street.

This unnamed project isn’t Hillwood’s first Pinnacle Park rodeo, as the company has built several large industrial buildings throughout the area.
