Coming to Missouri City: Senior Living Complexes

Two side-by-side senior living complexes are being planned for Missouri City, TX, on the Houston metro’s far southwest side. Gardner Capital Development Co. will break ground on both properties in Q3 2018, with a 12-month build-out anticipated.

Gala at Texas Parkway and Jubilee at Texas Parkway will each be situated on 6-7.5 acres at 3222 Texas Pkwy. The projects, which will offer between 160-240 units, are going north for approximately $36 million. The units will be geared to renters aged 55 and older, with on-site amenities including wellness centers, beauty salons, resort-style pools, gardens and walking space.
