Darling Homes unveiled plans for the VUE Collection, which allows homebuyers to mix and match favorite floor plan levels into new three and four-story homes at Somerset Green in Houston’s Inner Loop. The idea is to allow home buyers the opportunity to create their ideal home designs. The development represents Darling Homes’ first in the Inner Loop, with the product targeting buyers who prefer urban living.

The homes come equipped with elevator shafts (the elevator, itself, is optional), outdoor living spaces, generous storage options and access to Somerset Green amenities, such as an on-site pool and dog park. Somerset Green is a gated, residential community between Hempstead and Old Katy Roads.

The homes will measure from 2,600 to 3,000 square feet, and will offer between two and five bedrooms, up to three full baths and up to four-car garages, with storage. Prices will start in the $700,000s, and pre-sales will begin in Q1 2019.
