Columbia Property Trust Appoints New President and CEO

Columbia Property Trust, Inc. has appointed Adam Frazier as president and CEO, effective Sept. 19.  Frazier, who most recently served as head of New York – VP for Oxford Properties Group, succeeds Nelson Mills, who has served as Columbia’s CEO since 2012.

Mills will remain employed by Columbia, transitioning to the position of non-executive chairman of Columbia’s board of directors.  “We are excited to welcome Adam as president and CEO,” said Mills.  “Adam possesses a wealth of experience and expertise across asset management, investments, and development that will greatly benefit Columbia and its stakeholders.”

Frazier joins Columbia after a successful tenure of nearly eight years at Oxford Properties Group, where he most recently oversaw leasing, operations, and development in the company’s New York region. Prior to Oxford, Frazier spent nearly seven years in leadership positions at Boston Properties, in development and then as a VP of leasing.
