Columbia Property Trust Leases Up Back Bay Office Building

Columbia Property Trust announced that 116 Huntington, the company’s 272,000-square-foot office property in Back Bay is now fully leased up.

Boston-based growth equity firm Silversmith Capital Partners signed a 26,000-square-foot lease to bring the property to full occupancy. The firm will occupy the property’s 14th and 15th floors. Other tenants at the property include American Tower, GE Healthcare and Brigham and Women’s hospital.

Since acquiring it in 2015, Columbia Property Trust has implemented a number of improvements to the property, including upgrades to the main entrance, lobby and other common areas as well as the addition of local retailer Jaho Coffee. The company has completed more than 100,000 square feet of leasing at the property since 2017.
