Columbia Pacific Advisors Bridge Lending provided a total of $115 million in financing to developer Dynamic Star for a property in Queens and two in the Bronx

Columbia Pacific Provides $115M Bridge Financing to Dynamic Star 

Columbia Pacific Advisors Bridge Lending, a platform within Columbia Pacific Advisors, has provided three loans to Dynamic Star, a New York metropolitan real estate developer, for three New York City properties. Totaling $115 million, the funds will be utilized to reposition a site in Long Island City, and stabilize two adjacent properties for development in the Bronx  

The specific loan amounts and locations include:   

  • $38.55 million to stabilize a 135,000-square-foot parking structure at 23-10 Queens Plaza South, Queens and complete entitlements.   
  • $36 million to stabilize a 480,000-square-foot industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site along the Hudson River at 301 W. Fordham Rd., Bronx.   
  • $40 million to stabilize a 680,100-square-foot, fully entitled mixed-use development site at 320 W. Fordham Rd., Bronx.  

Furthering its commitment to IOS, earlier this year Columbia Pacific Advisors launched a joint venture with NY-based investor and developer Criterion Group, which will acquire and stabilize a national IOS portfoli
