Columbia Exits Denver Area with $20M Sale
Columbia Property Trust Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, sold its final Denver holding for $19.5 million. The vacant 106,575-square-foot office building at 9127 S. Jamaica St. in Englewood, CO sold to Toastmasters International.
The disposition follows Columbia’s sale of CH2M’s global headquarters to Angelo, Gordon & Co. in late September. Columbia has no more holdings in the Denver area.
According to a statement, the Toastmaster sale is in line with the REIT’s plan to sell between $700-$1 billion of non-core assets in 2016.
