Collin College now has more than 100 acres of parcel-divided land for its proposed campus in Wylie, TX.

The school’s Vision 2020 master plan notes the 360,000-square-foot project, to be situated at State Highway 78 and FM 544, will accommodate 7,500 students and offer multiple study programs.

Tom Grunnah of Younger Partners assisted the college in purchasing much of the land, while 44 acres were donated by the City of Wylie.

The master plan’s six proposed facilities also include sites in Celina, TX and Farmersville, TX.
