Colliers Remains Active in Filling Up Office Space

Colliers International has completed several major deals in the Los Angeles area as of late.

Nathan Pellow, a senior vice president with Colliers, said that L.A. office improvements are gaining ground. This follows recent transactions and leases by Colliers that took place over the year.

Among the deals the commercial real estate brokerage firm accomplished are the leasing of a 15,640-square-foot office space to Electronic Transaction Clearing that was expanded at 660 Figueroa St., as well as a 13,452-square-foot lease extension at 633 West Fifth St., for Hypermedia Systems.
