Colliers Will Handle Leasing for Newark Tower’s Upper Floors
The New Jersey office of Colliers International has been hired by Beijing Ideal China Group Co. to market and lease floors 6-22 of One Newark Center. The 526,000-square-foot office property’s first five floors are owned and occupied by Seton Hall University Law School.
A Colliers team of executive managing directors Frank Gunsberg and Bryn Cinque, senior managing director Jim Bailey and associate Stephen Graziano, will be responsible for marketing the space. Available units range from 1,300 to 27,000 square feet.
Beijing Ideal acquired the 22-story office tower, a block from both Military Park and Newark Penn Station, from Mack-Cali and the Praedium Group in late 2017. The downtown Newark location provides quick access to Newark Airport, Amtrak, New York City and NJ Transit.
Amenities include a full-service café, sundry shop, on-site management, covered parking and 24/7 security.
