Colliers Welcomes Maggie Guajardo Kurtz as Senior Managing Director
Colliers has hired Maggie Guajardo Kurtz as senior managing director based in South FL. Kurtz will focus on office services out of the company’s Brickell office.
Kurtz is an established commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the South FL market. Before joining Colliers, she was SVP at CBRE, where she focused on leasing and development management for many of South FL’s premier office properties. She has marketed over 10 million square feet of office space with more than two million square feet of new office developments.
Kurtz is a trustee for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, a NAIOP South Florida Chapter member and part of the Miami Downtown Development Office Advisory Group.
