Colliers Team Closes Sale of 107-Unit Central Valley Apartments

The Colliers Central Valley Investment Team has closed on the sale of Wimbledon Square Apartments, a 107-unit multifamily property located at 602-710 Wimbledon Dr. in the Central Valley city of Lodi, for an undisclosed sum. SVPs Adam Lucatello and Andy Hodgson and VP Jason Riesing had the assignment.

Built between 1978 and 1979, the property consists of 10 buildings situated on approximately 3.52 acres and totals approximately 68,311 square feet. Unit sizes range from 560 to 774 square feet, catering to strong workforce housing demand in a market characterized by steady population growth and relative affordability, according to Colliers.

The property is located near the Reynolds Ranch master-planned retail development, one of Lodi’s most significant commercial hubs. Reynolds Ranch is anchored by national retailers including Costco Wholesale, The Home Depot, Sprouts Farmers Market, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and a growing mix of dining and service tenants.
