Colliers Team Brokers Ulta Headquarters Expansion

Colliers International | Chicago’s Frederick Regnery, Ryan Barr and Alain LeCoque recently represented Ulta Beauty in its 70,720-square-foot corporate headquarters expansion at Tallgrass Corporate Center in Bolingbrook, IL. This lease brings Ulta’s total footprint in the building, where it has been headquartered since 2008, to nearly 379,000 square feet.

“Ulta Beauty has continued to grow rapidly throughout the years,” said Regnery, principal at Colliers | Chicago. “This expansion will support their continued growth and provide additional space and amenities to attract and retain talent.”

Tallgrass Corporate Center is a 533,365-square-foot Class A office building in Will County, offering convenient access to I-55, I-355 and Route 53. Landlord Middleton Partners is constructing a new tenant lounge in the building for Ulta and other building tenants.

Francis Prock, Dave Florent and Brent Jacob of Colliers | Chicago represented Middleton Partners in the transaction.
