Colliers Tapped to Sell 56-Unit Apartment Property in Plymouth

Colliers International’s Multi-Family Advisory Group has been tapped to sell Pointe 1620, a recently constructed, 56-unit apartment property in Plymouth, MA.

The community consists of a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities at the property include a resort-style pool and sundeck, tennis court, fitness center, juice bar, patio with fire pit, storage units, and laundry and dry cleaner service. The community also features underground parking.

“Pointe 1620, which we are bringing to market at over 95% leased without concessions, epitomizes a first-class rental opportunity,” said Christopher Sower executive vice president at Colliers. “Between the appeal of suburban multifamily product in today’s environment and an undeniable tenant flight to quality, it is an unrivaled opportunity for any investor.”
