Colliers International has been tapped to secure the sale of the 530-acre Marlboro College campus in southern Vermont.

Located 10 miles from Brattleboro, the historic college is composed of 58 buildings and more than 210,000 square feet of facilities. The property also features 17 miles of on-campus trails. The campus is host to the annual Marlboro Music Festival, a classical music festival, which will continue moving forward.
