Colliers Tapped to Oversee Leasing for 980K-SF Office Portfolio in DC, Arlington

Colliers has been appointed by Calvin Cafritz Enterprises and the Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation to oversee leasing and repositioning for a 980,000-square-foot, four-building Class A office portfolio located in both Washington, D.C. and Arlington, Virginia.

Colliers’ Mark Sullivan, Matthew Venos, and Venus Jones are leading leasing efforts on behalf of Calvin Cafritz Enterprises. The portfolio includes 1825 K Street NW, a 357,667-square-foot property; 1725 Eye Street NW, a 296,145-square-foot building; 1310 L Street NW, a 144,073-square-foot asset; and 3701 N Fairfax Drive in Arlington, a 184,688-square-foot building.

Positioned within the region’s most desirable submarkets, the properties are slated for significant and strategic upgrades in 2026. With long-standing local ownership, the investment will ensure each asset is positioned to provide best-in-class amenities while continuing to offer strong value in a highly competitive office market.
