The portfolio includes 1825 K Street NW, a 357,667-square-foot property; 1725 Eye Street NW, a 296,145-square-foot building; 1310 L Street NW, a 144,073-square-foot asset; and 3701 N Fairfax Drive in Arlington, a 184,688-square-foot building.
