Colliers Tapped to Lease Up Former Bristol Myers Campus

Colliers International and Trawler Capital Management are repositioning the former Bristol Myers Squibb campus in Plainsboro, NJ, marketing 440,000 square feet for lease in two of the three Class A office buildings that formerly housed the pharmaceutical giant.

A Colliers team of Thomas Romano, Charlie Hatfield and Brett Incollingo is seeking partial-floor, full-floor and full-building tenants for the campus within Princeton University’s Forrestal Center complex.

“The campus was built to a quality standard that sets it apart from many other Class A office campuses within the central and northern New Jersey office markets,” said Hatfield. “The original design anticipated the eventuality of being repurposed as a multi-tenant campus.”

Trawler Capital has hired architectural firm Ware Malcomb to assist with creating the repositioning campaign. “There are a limited number of headquarters-quality campuses with proximity to a community and University on the level of Princeton,” said Trawler’s Frank Scavone.
