Colliers Tapped to Lease Offices at San Diego’s Symphony Towers

Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of Symphony Towers in Downtown San Diego’s Financial District at 750 B St. The firm was hired by the new owner, Joe C. Wen, CEO & Founder of Orange County-based Formosa Ltd., and the operator, Lincoln Property Company, to lease the property’s 34-story, 546,092-square-foot commercial office tower.

Vice chairs Chris High and Steve Bruce and VP Conor Evans will lead the marketing efforts, introducing new office leasing initiatives. “We are honored to be entrusted with such a landmark building in one of the city’s most dynamic markets for office space,” they said. “With stable, long-term ownership and partnership with Formosa Ltd. and Lincoln, we are ready to transact in a market of uncertainty.”

Built and in operation since 1989, Symphony Towers stands at nearly 500 feet as the second tallest high-rise in San Diego’s skyline. The office building occupies nearly half the 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use complex, which is also home to a 27-story, 264-room Marriott Suites Hotel and the San Diego Symphony.
