Colliers Tapped to Lease and Manage DTLA’s Gas Company Tower

Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment of Downtown Los Angeles’ Gas Company Tower at 555 W. 5th St. The firm was retained by Gregg Williams of Trident Pacific Real Estate, who has been appointed receiver.

EVP Ian M. Gilbert and vice chair Matthew Heyn will handle leasing. Sean Fulp, vice chair and head of office capital markets for Colliers’ Southwest Region, is providing advisory services to the client. Kevin Rude, regional managing director of West Coast, and Tina Minook, regional managing director of California real estate management services, will lead full-service property management.

“Being awarded this assignment exemplifies the strength and collaboration of our integrated investor services of capital markets, leasing, and property management,” said Jodie Poirier, Greater Los Angeles market leader.

An architectural landmark in Los Angeles’ central business district, the 52-story, Class-A office building totals 1,367,995 square feet and serves as headquarters for the Southern California Gas Company.
