Colliers Tapped to Lease 576K-SF Warehouse in Metro D.C.

Colliers International has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent for two warehouse buildings and a flex business center in Upper Marlboro’s Collington Trade Center, a 576,356-square-foot warehouse and flex center in metro D.C.

The Collington Trade Center is home to 15800 & 15850 Commerce Court, two Class-A warehouse/distribution buildings and the Collington Business Center, a four-building complex of flex/warehouse space. The warehouse buildings feature 24-foot clear heights, 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing, docking spaces and new LED lighting on motion sensors. The complex features redesigned entrances and facades including canopies, entry doors, signage, a renovated on-site cafe and new roofs.

Tom Gentner, Brian Watts, Brian Siegel and Jason Sullivan of Colliers have been tapped to handle the leasing assignment on behalf of the undisclosed owner.
