Colliers Tapped to Lease 311 South Wacker
Zeller has awarded Colliers International Chicago the exclusive office leasing assignment for 311 South Wacker in Chicago. Colliers’ new head of downtown agency leasing, Michael Lirtzman and VP Marina Zelenkova will spearhead efforts at the 65-story, 1.3-million-square-foot office tower.
The assignment was secured by Colliers’ new agency leasing team in the Chicago CBD. “This is a terrific opportunity for our team,” said Lirtzman. “311 South Wacker with its excellent location, impressive tenant roster and dedicated ownership team is an outstanding addition to our portfolio.”
Colliers will begin marketing the project immediately, with a significant focus on the 184,000 square feet of prime high-rise space that is available, along with the 11 fully-furnished, occupancy-ready spec suites. The building is currently 80% leased.
Notable tenants include Freeborn & Peters, Thompson Reuters, Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society, and Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.
