Colliers Tapped to Lease 228K-SF Office Building in D.C.

Colliers International has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agents for 601 Pennsylvania Ave., NW in Washington D.C.

Located in the East End Submarket of Washington D.C., the building is located near a number of cultural and entertainment landmarks in D.C., including Capital One arena. The building currently has approximately 63,500 square feet of office space available for lease, including a full floor consisting of 29,069 square feet.

A Colliers team of Mark Sullivan, Matthew Venos and Martha Naughten have been tapped to handle the assignment on behalf of Saul Centers Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Bethesda.
