Colliers Tapped to Lease 135K-SF Office Building at Miami’s River Landing

Colliers International Florida’s leasing team has been tapped to lease the 135,000-square-foot office building at River Landing Shops & Residences, an eight-acre, mixed-use development on the Miami River. The Colliers team of Stephen Rutchik, Tom Farmer and Tyler de la Pena will lead the leasing on behalf of the project’s developer, Urban-X Group.

Located at 1400 NW North River Drive, the LEED certified office building features floor-to-ceiling exterior impact glass with views of the Miami River, the Atlantic Ocean and Miami’s skyline. Office tenants will have access to a private 17,000-square-foot outdoor plaza, a selection of national and local retail shops and chef-driven, fast casual and upscale restaurants as well as an 850-foot waterfront linear park and green space.

Slated for completion in the second half of 2020, River Landing will also include 345,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, including 25,500 square feet of waterfront dining space and 528 market-rate apartments.
