Colliers, Spartanburg Places Drake Scott in Brokerage Associate Role
The Spartanburg office of Colliers | South Carolina as welcomed Drake Scott as a brokerage associate. He will work with the brokerage team in all asset classes with a focus on industrial properties.

In his previous role as Main Street director for the City of Gaffney, Scott was responsible for recruiting businesses to the downtown area and keeping economic development projects on track. Prior to that, he worked as an industrial equipment and machinery sales specialist, managing clients throughout Greenville, Spartanburg and Cherokee counties.
“Having worked with industrial users throughout his career both in sales and in an economic development capacity, Drake has built an essential knowledge base of the needs and expectations of industrial landlords and tenants throughout the market as well as a strong network of business relationships,” said David Feild, market president of Colliers’ Greenville and Spartanburg offices.
