Colliers, South Florida Appoints Kim Kretowicz to Senior Managing Director
Colliers, South Florida has promoted Kim Kretowicz to senior managing director. She will lead a newly formed healthcare investment sales division with the South Florida investment services team.
In her new role, Kretowicz will focus on healthcare investment sales at a national level out of the company’s Boca Raton office.
Previously, Kretowicz was with Colliers in the NY Tri-state market, where she specialized in medical office acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and physician sale/leasebacks at a national level. Kretowicz’s deal volume has been more than $200 million in the past three years.
Kretowicz is a designated fellow within Colliers International Healthcare Services Group, a recognition only 35 members have received based on their advanced skills and experience, and she is part of Colliers National Capital Markets Group.
