Colliers, South FL has welcomed Kevin Gonzalez and Jake Freeman as senior managing director and director, respectively. The two will be part of the firm’s Team Kingsley-Rutchik and will focus on office services out of its Brickell office.

Gonzalez has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He was actively involved in providing leasing advisory services for a wide range of local, regional, and multinational corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions. Before joining Colliers, he was VP at CBRE.

Freeman has extensive commercial real estate experience focusing on landlord representation throughout South FL. He recently provided leasing advisory services for a portfolio of three million square feet of institutionally and privately-owned office properties.
