Colliers | South Carolina Elevates Greyson Furnas and Bailey Tollison as Senior Brokerage Associates

Commercial real estate firm Colliers | South Carolina has promoted both Greyson Furnas and Bailey Tollison to senior brokerage associates.

Furnas is based in Colliers’ Spartanburg office and specializes in downtown retail and office properties on both the tenant and landlord side as well as working with clients on the purchase and sale of land. He earned the CCIM designation in 2019 and in 2021 was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award. He is a Leadership Spartanburg 2019 graduate, a Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a Board Chair of the Spartanburg Young Professionals Group.

Tollison is based in Colliers’ Greenville office and specializes in office leasing and investment sales. In 2021 he received Colliers | South Carolina’s Rising Star Award. He serves on the board of the nonprofit Just Say Something and is a member of Leadership Greenville Class 49 and United Way of Greenville County’s Young Leaders Society. He is currently a candidate for the CCIM designation.
