Colliers | South Carolina Adds Rox Pollard, III as Brokerage Associate in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina has welcomed Rox Pollard, III to firm as a brokerage associate in its Columbia office. Pollard works alongside real estate specialists Rox Pollard, Jr., Danny Bonds and John Gressette on the Colliers retail services team.

In his role, Pollard works with tenants, landlords, sellers and purchasers to lease, purchase and sell retail properties of all sizes as well as focusing on increasing the Colliers retail leasing and management portfolio.

Pollard is a recent graduate of Clemson University. He interned with the Colliers retail services team in 2020, when he focused on the financial evaluation of investment properties, site searches for national and regional retailers and mapping and analytics projects.
