Colliers Snags 2.3M-SF SLC Leasing Deal

Colliers has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 2.3 million square feet of office space at The Point, a mixed-use site encompassing 6.3 million square feet in Draper, Utah. The Point Utah consists of 600 acres of state-owned land that is being built into Utah’s Innovation Community.

In addition to the 2.3 million square feet of office space, the development will include 380,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, 380,000 square feet of hospitality and 3,200 multifamily units. 

Colliers will oversee pre-leasing for the following key buildings within The Point during Phase 1 construction set to break ground in 2025: 

· Promenade One: A seven-story building with 75,000 square feet of office space and 25,000-square-foot floor plates designed to offer modern amenities. 

· Rockwell One: An eight-story structure providing 225,000 square feet of Class A office space with expansive 37,500-square-foot floor plates.
