Colliers Signs Tenant to 88K SF of Industrial and R&D Space in Billerica

Colliers has arranged a new 88,000-square-foot lease at 23 Esquire Rd. in Billerica, MA, on behalf of property owners Marcus Partners and Rhino Capital Advisors. The deal was facilitated by a Colliers team led by VP Dan Driscoll, EVPs Greg Klemmer and Tim Brodigan, senior advisor Anne Coe, and advisor Will Torrence. The tenant, Frontrunner Bus Group, was represented by Newmark.

Frontrunner Bus Group will relocate its headquarters to the property, occupying the majority of the 136,421-square-foot industrial and R&D facility. The building includes 20,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of clean space, along with heavy power and full air conditioning. The site also offers convenient access to Route 3 and other major highways throughout Greater Boston.

“We’re excited to welcome Frontrunner Bus Group to 23 Esquire Rd. as they establish their new headquarters in Billerica,” said Michael Ferrucci, SVP at Marcus Partners. “The property’s infrastructure, power capacity and flexible layout made it a strong fit for their manufacturing and operational needs, and we look forward to delivering the planned improvements that will further enhance the facility.”
