Colliers Sells San Diego Industrial Showroom for $5M

A Colliers International San Diego regional team, including Evan McDonald, Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin, has completed the $5-million sale of a 22,662-square-foot industrial showroom building located at 8185 Camino Santa Fe in San Diego.

Colliers represented the seller, Carvin Business Properties. The buyer, CAMP Holding, LLC, was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.

According to McDonald, “The sale price we were able to achieve for this industrial asset depicts the continued pent-up demand for smaller owner/user buildings in Central San Diego.”

8185 Camino Santa Fe is a freestanding, two-story building that was constructed in 1998 with high visibility from Miramar Road. The property features 22-foot clear heights, dock and grade level loading and a full concrete lot, among other amenities.
